Install Cinelerra

1. Create /etc/yum.repos.dd/cin_gg.repo with:

   [cin_gg]
   name=cingg
   #(for Centos 7) baseurl=https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/pkgs/centos7
   baseurl=https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/pkgs/centos8
   gpgcheck=0

2. Install using:

   yum -y install cinelerra
