To install skype nux-desktop repository should be configured. To install skype use: 

   yum localinstall http://li.nux.ro/download/nux/dextop/el7/x86_64/nux-dextop-release-0-1.el7.nux.noarch.rpm;
   yum localinstall http://download.skype.com/linux/skype-4.3.0.37-fedora.i586.rpm;
