Company Portal Branding in Intune – Organization: GBB

Purpose

Branding the Company Portal ensures a personalized and professional look that reflects GBB's identity and improves the user experience.

Steps to Configure

  1. Go to Microsoft Intune Admin Center.
  2. Navigate to Tenant administration > Customization.
  3. Click on Edit.
  4. Update the following settings:
    1. Organization name: GBB
    2. Color: Choose a brand color.
    3. Logo: Upload a 400x400 image (PNG or JPEG).
    4. Theme: Light or Dark mode.
    5. Contact Information: Add IT support phone/email if needed.
    6. Privacy Statement URL: (Optional)
    7. Website URL: Add GBB's website (optional).
  5. Click Save.

Result

The branding will be visible in the Company Portal app on all platforms. It improves user trust and aligns the experience with GBB's branding.
