Reducing security of VMWare appliances such as SDDC manager for root SSH login

It might be required to reduce security of SDDC manager or other appliances such as vRealize Lifecycle manager (esp in lab environment). This helps with steps such as Download offline bundles and reuse them with SDDC Manager for repeat experiments or air-gapped networks
