It might be required to reduce security of SDDC manager or other appliances such as vRealize Lifecycle manager (esp in lab environment). This helps with steps such as Download offline bundles and reuse them with SDDC Manager for repeat experiments or air-gapped networks

To do that Refer Setup manual lab environment for vCloud Foundation using nested ESXi hosts#Bring_up_failed_due_to_authentication_failures_from_Cloud_builder_to_vCF_SDDC_appliance

This is only suggested for lab setups. For production please use your judgement carefully.
