To shutdown vRealize Operations use following steps:

  1. Open https://<vrops-ip-or-fqdn>/admin
  2. Login as admin
  3. Take cluser offline. We would have to click "Bring online" later after booting the VMs again.
  4. Use "Shutdown Guest OS" option from vCenter for participating nodes
