To uninstall Zimbra use following command from original installation folder:
<pre>
   ./install.sh -u
</pre>

To completely remove all saved settings and get a full clean slate use the following command after uninstalling Zimbra:
<pre>
   rm /opt/zimbra -rf
</pre>
