Wireshark packet capture issue on Windows 7,8 or 10

On Windows 7,8, or 10 wireshark might show only incoming packets. Outgoing packets are not shown because of some anti-virus or VPN client installed on end host. Sonicwall Global VPN client is definitely causing outgoing packets to be not shown. Uninstalling Sonicwall Global vpn client and rebooting is solving the problem
