CentOS 7.x installing dia

To install dia on CentOS 7 use:

1. yum install -y intltool gcc gcc-c++ cairo-gobject-devel gtk2 gtk2-devel gdk-pixbuf2-devel libglade2-devel
2. yum localinstall ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/archive.fedoraproject.org/fedora/linux/releases/19/Fedora/x86_64/os/Packages/d/dia-0.97.2-5.fc19.x86_64.rpm

   The path for dia-0.97.2-5.fc19.x86_64.rpm can be through some other mirror also.
