By default Windows allows ICMP redirect based route changes.

In registry 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters' for 'EnableICMPRedirect' Value is 1 for enabled, 0 for disabled
However default Windows firewall might drop incoming icmpv4 redirect packets.
