To enable SSH to NSX edge deployed as part of vCF use following steps:

  1. Login into NSX manager
  2. Go to System -> Fabric -> Nodes
  3. Go to Edge Transport Nodes
  4. Select one of the nodes
  5. Go to Actions -> Change node settings
  6. Enable SSH
  7. You must click on (select) existing values for search domains, dns and ntp before clicking save
  8. Wait for settings to apply
  9. Again to go to actions -> Change node settings and validate that ssh is enabled
  10. SSH to edge node using its management IP using admin user
