Look for files with name .~lock.<file-name># in the same folder and if you are pretty sure that no one else is editing the libreoffice file, then delete the lock file.  The error message wont appear again.

Look for files with name .~lock.<file-name># in the same folder and if you are pretty sure that no one else is editing the libreoffice file, then delete the lock file. The error message wont appear again.
