It is useful to be able to ping site from multiple locations around the world to check reachability and DNS resolutions. A utility at https://asm.ca.com/en/ping.php (formely http://just-ping.com ) helps ping desired site from close to 80 stations worldwide. This is very useful in case users in some parts of the world are not able to reach site, while other parts can.
