Remove AWS email sending restrictions

By default AWS restricts number of outgoing emails from a EC2 VM to avoid VM from sending spam. However, if the VM is used for setting up email server then the restriction can be removed by filling up form at https://aws.amazon.com/forms/ec2-email-limit-rdns-request For this one must login into AWS. If IAM is not enabled then login using root account using link given at bottom of login page. We can specify at most two elastic IPs and one Reverse DNS entry for each elastic IP. Typically using just one IP should be enough.
