To Shutdown vRA 7.3 deployed as a single instance use following steps:

  1. Open https://<vra-ip-or-fqdn>:5480
  2. Login as root user
  3. Go to System tab and click 'Shutdown'. Again click 'Shutdown' on confirmation dialog.
  4. After appliance is shutdown, shutdown IAAS and SQL machines also.
