As such switches can be disabled or enabled using: 

switchcfgenable
switchcfgdisable

But there are also commands which are persistent across reboots: 

switchcfgpersistentenable
switchcfgpersistentdisable

Thus, if switch is getting disabled after reboot automatically then 'switchcfgpersistentdisable' might fix the issue
