Adding Virtual Network to LPAR

To add Virtual network (NIC) to LPAR via vHMC use:

1. Go to LPAR created as per Create LPAR
2. Go to "Virtual Networks"
3. Click "Attach Virtual Network"
4. Select appropriate virtual network name based on site. Ideally this network should be connected to a "Virtual Network Bridge"
5. Click ok.
