CentOS 7.x 100% CPU usage issue with CentOS7 or fedora lxc containers

To solve this issue append following to '/usr/share/lxc/config/fedora.common.conf'

   #Solve 100% CPU issue with systemd
   lxc.kmsg = 0

and restart the container.
